We are ideally looking for a candidate who would like to grow with the company and eventually transition into roles with more responsibility.This is a full-time position, and we are seeking individuals with high energy and eagerness to learn. Experience in dealing with customers is mandatory. We offer hourly wages. Supplied uniforms and great benefits.Responsibilities:- Assisting customers with their pool and spa needs. Chemical, parts and accessories.- Product knowledge- Testing pool/spa water. Recommend the appropriate chemicals & accessories.- Customer service via telephone, email or instore- Showroom floor merchandising- Showroom cleanliness & daily checklists to complete.(Training will be provided in all necessary areas)- Assisting in retail operations – maintaining product levels, searching for new product, showroom cleanliness.- Problem solving - such as customer complaints and supply shortages.Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years retail experience in a fast-paced environment- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational and planning skills- Previous experience as a supervisor in a retail environment is an assetWe thank all applicants for their interest; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Wage: $17-18 starting wage dependent on experience, with room for growth.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
