Homes by Dream is currently looking for a Sales Associate in our exciting community of Brighton. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for helping to generate sales in order to meet or exceed sales targets, and providing an exceptional customer service experience for our clients. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

• A first impression is so important. In this role you will create a welcoming atmosphere, greet potential clients and direct and monitor the flow of show home traffic;
• Take registrations and follow up with prospects using Salesforce;
• Record daily traffic in Salesforce and LotFX;
• Become a product knowledge expert so that you are able to educate our clients on the community, our home products and offerings;
• Help generate sales to achieve monthly sales targets, communicate and pass on all information on hot leads to our primary Sales Agents.
• Assist with community signage such as ensuring sold signs are put up, directional A-frames aren’t knocked down, etc.
• Provide all required reports in a timely and concise manner;
• Participate in and attend regular sales meetings.

What type of experience and skills do you haveThese are only some of the things wed like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet.

• We ask that you have a minimum of 2 years new home sales experience with a proven track record to exceed targets;
• You have a Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in business, or related area (or equivalent combination of education and experience);
• Advanced proficiency with administrative tasks and sales contracts;
• You are available to work evenings and weekends and understand that you are compensated on a base salary/bonus structure; and
• You have a valid Driver’s License and a set of wheels to prove it.

What does working in a Sales Centre entail

• You will be required to arrive 15 minutes prior to opening time, to ensure that the sales centre is ready to open to the public for a punctual start, and to lock the sales centre and set alarms at the end of the day.
• You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy sales centre office and ensure the showhome is always sparkling and looking it’s best.
• Ensure that the sales centre is fully stocked with supplies such as marketing brochures, light bulbs, toilet paper, etc.
