Riverbend Plantation requires 2 workers to help with Saskatoon Berry Harvest in July. We have a machine harvester but require 2 people to ride the machine, fill berry trays, stack and move 30 lb tubs of berries to a refrigerated trailer and then be able to wrap and move pallets with a pallet jack.Work starts each morning at 6 am and goes until 1 pm. You must have your own transportation to get to and from the farm each day. (15km southwest of the City of Saskatoon.) Bring your own snacks and drinks. Workers must be physically able to climb ladders, lift and carry tubs of berries and follow directions of the crew boss. Pay is by one cheque at the end of the season. Must like to work outside. Work will be 7 days per week unless berries are not ripe enough to pick on a certain day.Workers must wear safety shoes and long sleeved shirts and pants.
