Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.The opportunityThe SAP WM consultant is responsible for the design and deployment of SAP solutions.Your key responsibilitiesBusiness process design and documentation helping clients move to standardized and harmonized processes in their warehouse operationsFit gap analysis with SAP standard solutions and designing custom objects when requiredFunctional specification writing and design of RICEFW objectsUnit testing and integration testing to support System Integration and UATDesign warehouses in SAP with all the floor operation requirementsHelp in selection of RF equipment and barcodes technologyManage customer requirements in WM, EWM and other peripheral systemsHave deep expertise in warehouse operations and optimization of those operationsRun workshops for requirements, design, and align business process to SAP functionalityExperience with radio frequency ID systems (RFID), bar code systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI) may be required.Implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping and receiving.Participate in business development and sales cyclesSkills and attributes for successUniversity degree in business, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management.Five years of minimum of direct work experience in a warehouse management role deploying SAP Solution or supply chain management position.Certified in SAPWM, SAP-EWM or SAP Logistics preferred.Experience with EDI transactions.Experience in RF and barcode technology.Good understanding of capacity constraintsExpertise with SAP shipping namely deliveries, picking, shipments and statuses (in core ECC/S4)Deep understanding of Outbound, inbound, Interplant and intra-plant movementsCross docking experience would be considered an assetExperience with interfacing with tools such as iDocs, RFC etc.To qualify for the role you must haveMinimum Five years of SAP experienceExperience with third-party logistics providers.Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation, with good writing skills.Ability to interpret and act upon complex instructions.Solid project management skills are essential.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.Team leadership and teambuilding abilities.Excellent conflict resolution skills, diplomacy, and tact.Persuasive, motivational, and persistent.Excellent planning and resource allocation skills.What we look forWe’re interested in passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the IT Advisory space.
