Job Description

We are looking for a Scheduling Analyst staff for one of our clients in Saskatchewan.The individuals will be assigned tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Candidates will be required to have their own laptop and cell phone
  • Answering staff inquires via inbound calls, onsite, or case management (ServiceNow)
  • Supporting staff with the use of online scheduling
  • Call center support - employee level
  • Creating/sending broadcasts
  • Entering availability forms
  • Guideline entry
  • Manual entry of exceptions
  • Manual entry of open shifts
  • Initiating/managing historical edits
  • Schedule edits
  • Support with time clock roll out including training for front line staff and managers
  • Update excel conversion file prior to conversion time to update.
  • Manually create Return to Work, Accommodation information into Oracle and other Data Entry
  • Advanced data entry skills
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Proven time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • University graduate or university in progress preferred
  • Should have previously worked on ERP implementation project
  • Proven call center, data entry and scheduling experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow
