Job Description

Taste Hospitality Group is seeking front of house servers/shift leader positions at UNA pizza + wine. We believe our restaurants are only as good as our people. Joining our team means more than just becoming a part of a busy, growing restaurant group, it means becoming a part of a team that is passionate is about food, drink, and sharing it with others. Server/shift managers will serve a section and fulfill the role of shift manager in the absence of a General Manager or Assistant General manager.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Troubleshooting any guest issues
  • Managing staff
  • Taking any incoming phone calls
  • Closing the restaurant
  • Trouble shooting any 3rd party delivery issues
  • Performing end of day cashouts
  • Completing log book entries
Requirements and skills
  • A leader who is ambitious about their personal and professional goals
  • 1+ years hospitality experience
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
  • Reliable and motivated professional with a passion for exceptional food, hospitality and high quality customer service
