What You’ll Be Doing: You will be a welcomed member of the Sienna team, working collaboratively with our team members in Saskatchewan and support with their technical matters to enable them to help us champion our purpose of cultivating happiness in daily life.How You’ll Succeed
  • Provide support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email and walk ups to ensue courteous, timely and effective resolution of the user’s issues.
  • Build rapport with service desk customers
  • Tracking and monitoring end user IT related issues to insure timely resolution; following up and communicating frequently.
  • Installing, maintaining, managing, servicing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, operating systems, desktop PCs, printers and laptops issues.
  • Playing a role in management of Office 365, Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, Anti-Malware and other IT tools, as assigned.
  • Participating in team projects as assigned and be part of our after hours on-call support team.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
  • You have a degree or Diploma in a Computer Related Field from a University, College or Technical School
  • You have minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of information technology
  • You have minimum 3 years’ experience in a high volume Service Desk Environment assisting users via Phone, Email, or in person
  • You are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have knowledge in supporting iOS mobile devices
  • You have excellent customer service and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
