Saskatoon Soccer Centre Inc. (SSCI) is a non-profit organization that owns and operates two world class sports facilities in Saskatoon: Saskatoon Sports Centre and Saskatoon Kinsmen / Henk Ruys Soccer Centre. Our Members and Guests utilize our facilities daily from early morning to late at night typically seven days per week. Although soccer is certainly the sport of our Members and dominates the activities, we have Guests who play ball hockey, volleyball, roller derby, football, baseball and long list of other special events.We are currently seeking a Service Team Manager at the Saskatoon Kinsmen / Henk Ruys Soccer Centre to join our team and help us achieve our goal of exceptional service and a fun, positive environment!Team Leader Responsibilities1. Enjoy what you do.Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Abilities· Sports background and passion- multiple sports preferred· Easy to get along with, team player, and welcome coaching and guidance· Pleasant, smiling, and calm especially in difficult situations. (Firm when needed)· Must have your own smartphone as a condition of employment- Basic computer and smartphone skills with willingness to learn. Email, texting, spreadsheets and some cloud-based software is used regularly· Above average proficiency in speaking, writing and reading English· Ability to lift 30 pounds and push up to 100 pounds individually. (Testing will be done during interview stage)· Working alone and locking up building late into the night.
