Russell Redi-Mix Concrete/Langenburg Redi-Mix Ltd. a Division of Coco Group, a leader in the heavy road construction business in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Eastern Canada, has an opportunity for a Shop Foreman.Whats Involved· Oversee all service technicians and shop lead hands.· Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all heavy duty equipment and/or related equipment in a timely fashion.· Diagnoses faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent or repair required.· Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems, using hand and power tools.· Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer specifications.· Ensure cleanliness of shop· Perform routine maintenance work.· Have a concern for safety and awareness of safe working procedures.Whats Required· Exceptional leadership skills.· Heavy Equipment Certification.· Understanding of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems and components.· The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.· Comfort using a computer, the internet, and other electronic resources.· Mechanical and mathematic aptitude.· A valid driver’s license.If youre a high energy, self-motivated individual who is willing to work hard in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!We thank you for your interest however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
