Job Description

Job Title: Shop Foreman and EstimatorJob Status: Full-TimeJob Location: FFUN Collision CentreJob Summary: The Shop Forman and Estimator supervises and supports a team of Automotive Technicians, while overseeing and directing work through the shop. The successful candidate must be a team leader, hardworking and able to multi-task and manage multiple vehicle repair orders within the service department.Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct work flow through the shop
  • Assist Technicians with diagnostics. service, and repairs
  • Provide training, coaching, and sharing of expertise with the Technicians
  • Complete estimates for insurance claims and private clients
  • Complete light duty repairs
  • Ordering parts
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician (Journeyperson certification is an asset)
  • Knowledge of SGI processes, supplements and callbacks
  • Knowledge of Mitchell Estimating Programs
  • Previous collision centre experience is an asset
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality, excellence and safety
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
