Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator who shares our values to help support our Cote Gold Mine project near Timmins, ON.Job Title: Site AdministratorReports To: Reports to and is provided with day-to-day direction from the Project/Construction Manager(s) while on site.

  • Provide administrative support to the project team on site.
  • Form positive working relationships with site personnel including client representatives.
  • Prepare reports where required.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation, and transportation as required. This includes maintaining the manpower loading schedule.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to site office,and handle all onsite incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
  • Coordinate daily time sheet information and enter payroll data.
  • Assist in facilitation and coordination of employee onboarding.
  • Order and coordinate all site supplies where required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of document control experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in working within the fields of construction and/or mining is an asset.
  • Travel coordination experience is an asset.
  • Project Coordination experience is an asset.
  • 4 Cast Plus software experience is an asset.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges using own initiative.
  • Computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheets and word processing programs at a proficient level, i.e. Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass the Norcat and Nuna specific training
  • Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
  • Class G Driver’s License (ON) or Class 5 Driver’s License (SK) or reliable transportation to and from the pickup points will be required.
