Job DetailsDescriptionDream is looking for an Hourly Site LabourerDream Income Properties division is always looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving team. Dreams Income Properties team is growing and is currently looking for Site Labourer on an hourly basis, who will be responsible for assisting with the day- to-day construction operations and maintenance of our construction sites.Who are youYou like to move as fast as we do and have fun in the process. This role will require participation in our commercial construction and residential projects. Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:

  • Perform site construction tasks
  • Ensure our commercial projects and homes are ready for the trades as the build schedule
progresses;
  • Ensure our job sites are accessible and safe at all times with the goal of preventing injuries
and eliminating hazards for our trade partners and employees;
  • Collect and dispose of construction waste and recycle materials where applicable;
  • Loading and unloading of construction material;
  • Perform paperwork or administration activities related to job sites in a timely manner;
  • Understand and implement OH&S safety requirements to ensure we are a leader in safe work
practices;
  • Other duties and projects as required.
What type of experience is requiredThese are just the basic things wed like you to bring to the table:
  • 2+ years of construction related experience, commercial and residential experience is
preferred;
  • High School Diploma, completion of Trade School with focus on construction would be an asset;
  • Ability to operate a skidsteer and telehandler is an asset
  • We expect you to be proactive and have creative problem solving skills, and
  • You have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to prove it.
