We are looking for someone fun who likes to be challenged but also enjoys a fun work environment of like-minded people. This person is willing to work extra hours and ensure escalations and service issues are resolved in a timely manner. As a member of the Anchor helpdesk team, your #1 priority is customer satisfaction. This person must also have excellent written skills and be able to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely.Minimum 4 years experience in IT with at least 2-years on a Managed Services Helpdesk.Must have the following certifications:A+, Server+, Network+, Microsoft MS-100 (O365)Other certifications that would be good to have are:ITIL, Azure AZ-900, MCSA.Quick Apply
