This is likely for you.Job DescriptionHere at Modern PURAIR® Saskatoon we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, customer focused individuals to join our Technician Team as a "Indoor Air Quality Technician". We offer great pay & incentives. A fun, supportive & competitive work environment and thorough practical training on hard & soft skills. We are currently accepting full time applications. Experience in Sales, Skilled Labor or HVAC is not required to apply for this job position, but is a great bonus.In this role, you will be responsible for helping an established “Indoor Air Quality Technician” complete Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Cleaning for our Residential and Commercial Client base. You will be assisting this established Team Member and learning the ropes of operating your own truck route.This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Following the PURAIR Way (our proven systems/procedures for being successful)
• Showing up to work on-time in your clean, company provided uniform
• Performing walkthroughs with our clients to confirm our rates prior to starting the job
• Educating our clients on our services so they can properly make decisions
• Using our software to invoice clients off of a company provided iPhone/iPad
• Driving one of our Mercedes Sprinter Vans to and from job sites
• Keeping track of your truck inventory on a daily/weekly basis
• Being able to take instructions from an established Team Member that knows the ropes
• Doing what it takes to get the job done, safely

• Basic Tools (Drill, Tin Snips, pliers)

An “ Indoor Air Quality Technician” can expect:

• To start at a wage of $18/HR, riding along with an IAQ Technician to learn the job.
• Once graduated from training and operating your own truck route, you will become part of our Profit Sharing payout structure that has no limit on the amount of income you can earn. Your wage will go up to $20/HR.
• Full benefits after 90 days.
• Company provides iPhone/iPad.

• Once graduated from training and operating your own truck route, you will become part of our Profit Sharing payout structure that has no limit on the amount of income you can earn. You will be graduated from training operating your own truck as an Indoor Air Quality Technician within 1 month of being hired.
• Full benefits after 90 days.
• Company provided iPhone/iPad once in Residential Training.
