This is a Permanent Full-time Role.Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the Production Worker position at our Saskatoon branch.Who We #39;re Looking forWe are looking for a driven team member, who shares our champion mindset and values.Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong decision makingamp; problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift comfortably up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift or willing to be trained on one
• Unwrapping coil and preparing it for manufacturing
• Moving and loading coil onto machinery
• Wrapping and strapping finished product
• Building pallets when needed
• Assisting the operator as needed
• Tagging and marking required material
• Follow production plans
• Strip coil and assist the Machine Operator
• Maintaining a clean and orderly environment

Requirements:

• must have at least 1 year of warehousing/shipping-receiving experience.
• Applicants must have steel toe boots
• Have a valid forklift license (Preferred)
