WinField United Canada Project ManagerAt WinField United Canada, we’re all about getting our hands dirty. And no one knows what an operation needs like those on the ground.Currently we are hiring for a:Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for stewarding the processes of creating and launching new products to market as well as ensuring contractual compliance after product launch. This role will work within the Business Development team and coordinate with business development, R&D, regulatory, marketing, legal, and sales teams to coordinate all the necessary roles in developing growth strategies and launching new products. Following the launch of new products, this role will also oversee the processes of ensuring ongoing contractual compliance, such as data reporting and government stewardship.Required Qualifications:
  • A university degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field with minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Project Management designation is an asset, but not a requirement.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and business planning.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes and contracts.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration skills, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
