Staff must have a valid Saskatchewan drivers license.Specific AccountabilitiesReporting to the Program Manager and Executive Director, the Program Coordinator will be part of a team that is accountable for:The Program Coordinator will be accountable for the following:Primary prevention activities throughout Saskatchewan to increase awareness and knowledge of the causes and factors related to FASD and alcohol-related harms, with an emphasis on upstream prevention.Trainings and activities to increase awareness and build capacity of communities, service providers, adult allies, and youth to address alcohol-related harms and issues youth face.Education and support for meaningful and authentic youth engagement to a variety of sectors in Saskatchewan.Collaboration with youth-focused organizations provincially.Expansion of the YAP Program throughout the province.Performance CompetenciesThe Research and Evaluation Specialist will demonstrate the following behaviours (performance competencies) in carrying out their work:Relationship BuildingTeamwork and CollaborationCommunicationFlexible and AdaptableProgram Coordination and PlanningKnowledge Exchange
