Located at our main location, Production Workers support a variety of product lines such as; Scallop grading, Scallop Packaging, Smokehouse, and Value-Added food production facilities. All of our facilities maintain the highest level of hygiene and safety protocols to ensure both our products and employees are always safe.These roles are part of the critical hub that ensures the smooth operation of all our processing and as such, we will provide all the necessary hands-on training needed to do the job well and to the high-quality standard our clients have come to expect.Working here offers great job training within a busy working environment. • Previous production experience is considered an asset
• High level of pride in the work that you do

• Good verbal communication skills to maintain open dialogue with supervisor and employees
• Safety conscious and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Must also be able to climb, kneel, reach, crouch, crawl, or work in confined spaces.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
