Job Description

We are hiring a qualified Site Admin to join our crew!Responsibilities:

  • Create a LEM summary and invoicing package as per an established schedule
  • Actively engage Superintendent and Operations Managers to ensure that all billable invoices are received and included on the LEMs
  • Support with gathering and combining all backup documentation required for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Client Reporting
  • Support Project Management team with additional project functions as required
  • Other related duties as directed by Superintendent or Operations Manager
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to function independently in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of industry related experience
  • Minimum Grade 12 education – related administrative support certificate considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-Starter with strong ambitions to grow with the company in the future
  • Strong written and oral communication skill
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 12 hour shift
