What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations and team performance
• Manage scheduling, HR, KPIs, and budgeting
• Coach and support admin and clinical team members
• Collaborate with ownership on systems and strategy

What You Bring:

• 3–4 years of dental or healthcare management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Dentrix experience required
• Arabic language skills an asset
• Organized, motivated, and team-first mindset
