Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Customer Service- Answer phone/review emails and distribute to appropriate people.- Assist our Customers and others with answering questions and/or direct them to someone who can aid.- Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.- Work cooperatively with Sales to organize and prepare Sale information, that is required during the Quote-Sale-Production process, and sending to our Customer.- Participate with Sales to organize, prepare, schedule, and track information involving details of the Sale.- Sending final quote to Customer.- Requesting Sales Deposits and following up for final Invoice.- Requesting building and/or shipping permits.- Booking of travel, Hotels, Flights, etc.- provide Order status and feedback to our Customers.- Positive attitude, great communicator, problem solver, and work well in a team environment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$25.00 per hourSchedule:

  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Scoudouc, NB E4P 3N6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
