Job Description

Luminra Renewable is a solar company on the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.Administrative

  • Answer phone calls, greet, and assist visitors.
  • Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports, setup meetings, and ordering office supplies.
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments.
  • Generate invoices, track payments, track inventory, and prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Manage company Facebook page and post on local Facebook group to engage with the community.
  • Other ad hoc tasks.
Sales
  • Assisting clients to pick products in the shop.
  • Be able to prepare quotes for clients.
  • Helping close the sales.
  • Help manage the online Amazon store.
  • Make the showroom presentable.
Skills Required
  • Proficient with Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Wave and Square is an asset.
  • Familiar with Facebook & Instagram. Previous Ecommerce experience is an asset.
  • Multi-tasker and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate.
  • Proactive, prepared, and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Create a positive experience for others.
Remuneration: Based on ExperienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$23.00 per hourSchedule:
