Job Description

Property Manager, Non-Profit Housing, Sechelt BCApplication deadline: ClosedThe Coast Housing Society is a non-profit housing society providing stable, affordable and independent housing for low-income singles and families at Mountainview Court, a 21 unit townhouse complex, in Sechelt BCThis position involves coordinating site maintenance, performing administrative and accounting duties, in partnership with a bookkeeper and accounting firm, and maintaining a safe respectful environment for tenants.Strong interpersonal skills will be essential. Knowledge of property management, BC Housing practices and the Residential Tenancy Act is preferred. We are willing to provide training if we find the right person for the job.This is an independent Contract position that comes with a $100.00 signing bonus.Hours of Work, compensation and expected availability :

  • 20 - 22 hrs a week with set office hours as agreed.
  • Available by phone Mon – Fri during regular work hours with a phone allowance $75.00 per mo.
  • Annual compensation (currently $31,540.77) approx. $2,628.40 per month, negotiable after 3 months.
