Job Description

We are looking for a reliable HR/Admin Assistant to join our team. They will undertake administrative and HR duties and providing adequate support when needed. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks and should be self-motivated and trustworthy.

  • The HR/Administrative Assistant will provide assistant and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative functions.
  • Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed and remove job ads.
  • Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
  • Ensure all safety training has been carried out for new employees by assigned safety officials.
  • Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws.
  • Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
  • Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
  • Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.
  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
  • Being a point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
  • Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick, maternity leave or annual vacation)
  • All other HR & Admin related matters from time to time.
