Job Description

Our company is seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual to serve as Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our office staff, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, processing payroll and invoices and managing the flow of information between departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is looking for an exciting new challenge in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and direct calls.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Keyboard skills, including answering phones, data entry, and spreadsheets.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $17.00 per hourSchedule:
