Custodian/JanitorCertified Collision Centre is looking at add a Custodian/Janitor to our growing team in support of our brand-new Body Shop. Our locally owned and operated family dealership prides itself on exceptional customer service and is located just 20 minutes north of the perimeter.Primary Responsibilities- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility, including;- Washing windows, interior walls and ledges- Empty trash cans and other waste containers- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, stairs and operate floor scrubber- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures- Clean furniture such as chairs and desks- Perform seasonal cleaning tasks- Other duties as assignedQualifications- Previous cleaning/custodial experience is preferred- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment.- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructionsConditions of Employment- Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the job, which may include, but are not limited to; standing, walking, bending, twisting and reaching for prolonged periods of times.
