Customer Service Representative - Team MemberLanguage: English EssentialLocation of work: SelkirkDays of work: Monday - SaturdayEssential qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service in retail environment
  • Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs consistently and repetitively during each shift
  • Ability to assist clients in person, via telephone or online
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to use online billing system and point of use machine
  • Ability to calculate fees accurately
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

General job description:
  • Main line production including cleaning, bottling, and packaging
  • Client service including point of sale system, carry out and product knowledge
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing calls or taking messages
  • General store duties including but not limited to cleaning and recycling
  • Assistance to load and unload truck/van
  • Prepare ice bags
  • Other miscellaneous duties including going off-site to assist with delivery or installation
Compensation based on experience, qualifications and position being filled.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 25 per weekSalary: From $14.15 per hourBenefits:
