Roles & ResponsibilitiesA critical support to the Insurance Specialists from all branches, the Insurance Administrator provides administrative support helping the team deliver accurate, efficient, and timely insurance solutions for our clients.The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing and sorting all incoming insurance related hard copies, faxes, email, and electronic documents.
  • Scanning all documents into appropriate client files in the broker management system (attaching endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and all other policy related documents).
  • Advising the appropriate Insurance Specialist that the client file is ready for review.
  • Invoice policies when received.
QualificationsEducation & experience
  • Completion of grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience working in an office environment.
  • A love for both relationship and team building.
  • Prior experience working in an insurance brokerage and working within a paperless environment is considered an asset.
  • Must have an eye for detail!
