Wages starting at $20 per hour.The Lawn Care Team Lead role assumes full responsibility for high quality service delivery around the Lake Winnipeg basin, and as needed, for the training and day to day supervision of Technicians working alongside you. The Team Lead role is also responsible for safety practices, the documentation of services delivered, mileage and equipment maintenance logs, payroll recording, and more.The Team Lead would also deliver all services for our clients, including spring cleanups, lawn mowing with push and riding mowers, trimming with care, leaf and debris blowing, bagging, garden cleanups, weeding, hedge trimming, garbage pickup, etc.Individuals applying must be able to provide their own reliable transportation to our home base in Libau, MB.Successful candidates will be able to manage a variety of physically demanding tasks, in a wide range of conditions. Must be highly professional, client service oriented, consistently reliable, and truly motivated to do and lead quality work while exhibiting an outstanding work ethic.Must have a valid MB drivers license, a clear abstract, significant lawn and yard maintenance and equipment experience, preferably in a commercial setting. Ability to safely tow and manage a trailer is preferred, as are some supervisory skills. Repair and maintenance experience related to lawn equipment is an asset. A criminal records clearance will be required.Work will begin in May, with hours potentially available as late as October depending on conditions and client requirements.
