Job Description

Manager - Front Office - Customer Service Representative Team MemberLanguage: English EssentialLocation of work: SelkirkDays of work: Monday – Friday (time varies from 8 am - 5 pm)Essential qualifications:

  • Supervisory or management experience – minimum 2 years – retail experience an asset
  • Ability to assist clients in person, via telephone or online
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, Word and point of use machine
  • Experience in accounts receivable and payable
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs consistently and repetitively during each shift

General job description:
  • Scheduling – team shifts, daily deliveries, orders for store products
  • Pre-Invoicing of daily delivery
  • Input of daily sales and invoicing
  • Daily email management
  • Supervision of team and training of members as required
  • Daily reconciliation of deposits
  • Product knowledge and sales
  • Customer service in store, on phone or online
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing calls or taking messages
  • Main line production including cleaning, bottling, and packaging
  • General store duties including but not limited to cleaning and recycling
  • Assistance to load and unload truck/van
  • Prepare ice bags
  • Other miscellaneous duties including going off-site to assist with delivery or installation
  • Is on call out list in case of emergency
Compensation based on experience, qualifications and position being filled.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:
