Join our Kitchen Team at Smittys Selkirk !Hours - Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pmResponsibilitiesAssist Line cook in preparing menu items using our recipes.Ensure menu items cooked are high quality and within required time limits.Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.Stock inventory appropriately.Requirements:Must have valid food handler’s certification.Must have 6 months kitchen experience.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Able to work well in a team environment.30-40 hours per week.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: From $12.50 per hourAdditional pay:
