The team at Selkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. has an immediate opening for Service Advisor.As a service advisor, some of the daily duties include; calling customers, booking service appointments, documenting customer complaints/concerns on work orders and ensure that problem has been addressed before returning vehicle to the customer. You will be required to make certain that all work is authorized by customer before proceeding, and follow-up with customer to make sure customer is satisfied. You will go through vehicle with customer while vehicle is in drive through and do a complete walk around of vehicle and point out other needs vehicle may require; ie. oil change, tires, recalls etc. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, communication, attention to detail, and some sales. Experience in the auto service industry is preferred but all applicants are welcome. Applicant must have a clean driving abstract and criminal history.
