You will be part of a team who shares an excellent work ethic and work closely together to drive the growth of Tenaquip.You will be responsible for supporting leaders in managing the employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement. You will also play an active role in continuous improvement HR projects to support TENAQUIP achieve its growth strategy.A day in the life:Provide advice on various human resources matters, company policies and employment legislation;Support managers in recruitment and staffing activities;Oversee administrative processes for all leaves, including medical leaves and CNESSTReview and resolve labour relations inquiries and issues;Conduct termination and exit interview processes and gather insightful employee feedback to identify any company gaps;Champion and accelerate an excellent company culture with new programs and engagement initiatives;Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support the strategic growth of the business;Participate and lead HR projects for continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (or related discipline) or a combination of related experience.3 to 5 years years of experience in the human resources fieldAbility to build strong business relationships at all levels of the organization.Ability to interpret and resolve complex personal situations in accordance with applicable policies and legislation.Proven initiative and work ethic.Ability to exercise discretion and tact in handling confidential situations.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and exercise judgment while maintaining a high level of efficiency.Experience in the use of human resources information systems.Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
