Job DescriptionThe programs team works in conjunction with the marketing department to develop marketing materials for our distributor customers, allowing these same distributors to promote product and their company to their customers in a professional manner.The Marketing Coordinator manages the profiles for all our distributor customers from their pricing structure to contact information. This position interacts directly with customers and facilitates their marketing needs such as our personalized online catalog.Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer applications to determine qualifying factors as a SCN customer;
  • Maintain and improve our customer database as well as perform online customer registrations when required;
  • Look for new avenues and industries to distribute our product offering;
  • Work on special projects to develop and expand our current marketing programs to distributors;
  • Create mailing and email lists for broadcasting flyer programs and other email campaigns via Marketing software;
  • Update our contacts and distributor customer profiles in order for the programs team to accurately target our customer base for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
  • CEGEP level diploma in business administration or similar;
  • Interest in marketing an asset;
  • MS Office including Excel a must; Microsoft Dynamics or knowledge of a CRM platform an asset
  • Multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to interact with customers via phone or email;
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, in French and in English.
