Please make sure work history and education are added correctly.Job SummaryThe Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Canadian payroll function. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our team located in Senneville, Qc with telework opportunities.The following are responsibilities related to Payroll Coordinator position:Support preparation of bi-weekly payroll for Canada employees.Serve as primary employee contact to resolve payroll issues and support payroll in-box.Ensure that timesheets are completed at all levels, including work hours and Leaves (i.e., SAP Notices).Communicate with supervisors in order to ensure approval of hours worked.Responsible for Pay Statement, Cheque & ROE Distribution.Support audit ADP Workforce Now and SuccessFactors data and resolve variances.Support the Managers, HR and Finance teams in various reporting requests.Support year end processes i.e., year-end adjustments, year-end tax statements and review of year-end tax filing information).Participate in the preparation of year-end audit files related to payroll.Participate in the implementation of information and management systems.Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required.Job QualificationsThe following are minimum qualifications related to the Payroll Coordinator position:DEC in Administration or any combination of experience and academic background relevant to the position will be considered.1 to 3 years of relevant experience.Member of the Canadian Payroll Association (an asset).Demonstrates an interest in the development and implementation of control and reporting practices.Good knowledge of the laws, principles, practices and procedures related to the position.Fluency in both languages (French and English), both oral and written.Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.Good analytical, problem-solving skills.Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to change.Proactive approach.Telework and on-site alternation.Sensory attentions required on a regular basis.The work schedule requires flexibility depending on the projects in progress.IMPORTANT: A resume is required to be considered for this position.
