WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:

• Operate heavy machinery such as a tractor with a vacuum harvester or harrows and other related equipment.
• Ensure that machinery, equipment, and tools are operational by performing routine and preventative maintenance (i.e. greasing tractor) and cleaning the machinery and equipment.
• Participate in regular safety initiatives.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous 1-3 years of experience in farming, equipment operation or mechanical knowledge considered an asset [Training will be provided].
• Working as a part of a small team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Possess mechanical aptitude.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Follow all rules, policies, and procedures.
• Position is weather dependent; overtime, evenings, and weekends as required.
