Job Description

The floor clerk must be available to offer excellent customer service, be attentive to the needs of customers and answer their questions, while carrying all the other tasks required of him or her.Some of the duties of the floor clerk are:

  • Offer an exemplary customer service

  • Keep the sections neat
  • Respond to a variety of calls
