Il peut également gérer plusieurs projets en simultané et il a le rôle d’interagir de façon créative avec les gestionnaires techniques.//The Program Manager is responsible for one or more specific clients and leads the assigned projects and team to achieve the established objectives in accordance with the KBD-NPI (Knowledge based development) process in place. He/she may also manage several projects simultaneously and has the role of interacting creatively with the technical managers.Responsibilities/ ResponsabilitésLe titulaire du poste est la référence dans toutes les activités reliées aux projets et ce, de l’acceptation de celui-ci jusqu’à la conclusion. Il doit également :Faire la promotion des produits si l’opportunité se présente;S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients;Identifier les requis clients;Établir et suivre l’échéancier principal et les étapes importantes de celui-ci;Établir et suivre les objectifs et priorités du projet;Établir les règles et l’application des meilleures pratiques du projet;Faire la gestion des changements;Prendre part à des activités de ventes afin d’établir des liens avec les clients;Participer à l’établissement d’équipes de travail pour les nouveaux projets;Suivre la procédure établit en assurance qualité et être à l’affût de ses pratiques;Assurer la planification et la coordination des projets;Surveiller et contrôler l’aspect économique pour l’entreprise;Se rapporter au Comité de direction;Gérer les priorités de l’équipe de projet;Rédiger les leçons apprises des projets.//The incumbent is the point of reference for all project-related activities, from acceptance to completion. He/she must also:Promote products if the opportunity arises;Ensure customer satisfaction;Identify customer requirements;Establish and track master schedule and milestones within it;Establish and track project goals and priorities;Establish project rules and application of best practices;Perform change management;Participate in sales activities to build relationships with customers;Participate in building work teams for new projects;Follow established procedure in quality assurance and be aware of its practices;Ensure project planning and coordination;Monitor and control the economic aspect for the company;Report to the Executive Committee;Manage the priorities of the project team;Write up lessons learned from projects.Requirements / Compétences souhaitées

• BAC ou Maîtrise ou tout autres formations scolaire/expériences jugées pertinentes
• Certification PMP (un atout)
• Un minimum de 3-5 années d’expérience en gestion de projet en développement de produit
• Un minimum de 5 à 10 années d’expérience en ingénierie/dans le secteur automobile (un atout)

• Bachelors or Masters degree or any other relevant education/experience
• PMP certification (an asset)
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management in product development
• Minimum of 5-10 years of engineering/automotive experience (an asset)
