We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead* at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Shoal Lake, MB*. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.Qualifications: **

  • Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy
  • Willingness to relocate
  • An agricultural background would be considered an asset
