This customer-facing role has the crucial responsibility of making our passengers feel safe and secure as they travel from coast to coast.The Day to Day:As a Security Guard working with us on our Ferries contract at Swartz Bay, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of both the terminal and onboard vessels, creating a secure environment for passengers. Acting as a visible deterrent, you will make a difference by engaging with the public to provide assistance and direction, delivering exceptional customer service throughout coast-to-coast travel, performing unlock/lock-up checks and related security procedures, and managing various communication channels, including radio and incident escalations. Additionally, you will actively identify and report safety hazards, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our passengers.What you bring:
