Full Time (30+ hours per week) : BAKERY CONCIERGEHOURS OF WORK: multiple 8 hour shifts available; must be available Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 8AM and 8PMCOMPENSATION PER HOUR: $16/hr to start + participation in tip poolSTART DATE: early May 2023WHAT WE DOCest Tout Bakery & Bistro is a high volume bakery and bistro located in Smiths Falls that boasts long standing regular customers, catering clients, and daily drop in customers from all walks of life. You’re also comfortable with technology, specifically a point of sale system.KEY EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES

• You’re positive and upbeat;
• You’re a known problem solver and multi-tasker;
• You understand the importance of product knowledge and how that supports the customer experience;
• You have experience in a busy and fast-paced customer service role; please provide references with your application.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Must be available Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 8AM and 8PM *NOTE Our winter hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM - 5PM and our summer hours Tuesday - Saturday 8AM - 7PM.
• Our long break is over the Christmas holidays, when we close for approximately 2 weeks.
