We are seeking a Qualified Preventative Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Souris area. This individual must be hard working, responsible, a team player and capable of working under minimal supervision. The respected candidate will be responsible for the following items:Responsibilities: · Complete preventive maintenance procedures on a variety of Equipment· Ensure all equipment that is operating under the umbrella of MWM is operating at peak efficiency· Follow a guided service schedule for both heavy equipment and heavy trucks· Make recommendations on repairs or replacement parts· Source parts· Road test the unit to ensure quality of work completed· Maintain a clean and safe work environment· Work with the management team on work related projectsQualifications: · Must be mechanically inclined and have a strong understanding of large trucks and Equipment· Experience with DEF, DPF, and Re-Gen systems and repair procedures considered an asset· Ability to troubleshoot and effectively solve mechanical issues· Ability to inspect, examine, lubricate, service, diagnose, repair and maintain company vehicles and equipment· Ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems· Team player with strong commitment to the company· Demonstrated problem-solving skills· Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house programs· Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks· Familiar with the tools of the trade and personally equipped with adequate supply of hand tools· COR Safety backgroundMWM Environmental offers competitive wages, a health and dental plan, an increased cost of living program and a comprehensive pension plan.We want to thank everyone who applied but only successful candidates will be contacted for an interview.Job Type: Full-timeQuick Apply
