The Associate Facilitator/Parent Navigator will work with the SchoolsPlus Facilitator to coordinate resources within the community and community agencies for students at risk, network and advocate for the SchoolsPlus program, and support and monitor the progress of students served by the program. Associate Facilitator/Parent Navigator will develop a deep knowledge of the school system and multi agencies including the people and their processes, build positive working relationships, and work with, assist and support families of students with special needs while they learn to self-navigate the school system and multi agencies that support families and students. You work very closely with regional student services staff and school staff to ensure clear and open communication.
