Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionOur NAPA Distribution Centre in Long Sault is currently looking for an office clerk for our Cores and Defects department.Responsible for keeping our paperwork organized so orders can be prepared efficiently and safely; along with supporting operations and are essential in providing quality service to our customers.In this key role, you will:

  • Take part in daily operations of Cores and Defects
  • Receive, set up, and ship goods back to suppliers
  • Make claims for suppliers
  • Prepare reports, when required.
  • Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by the corporate office.
  • Perform the necessary research for all customer credit requests.
  • Enter data into the WM/FES softwares return request form.
  • Request authorization for returns from suppliers. Manually complete the appropriate return of merchandise form.
  • Supplier return quarante
  • Have MHE expérience
  • Booking of transportation to ship out goods
  • Perform all other related tasks as requested by his/her supervisor.
#UAPOPERATIONSQualificationsTo join our team, you need:
  • Vocational diploma in office administration or accounting;
  • Have 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
