  • Prepare lesson plans and facilitate curriculum modules
  • Identify student’s strengths, weaknesses, and challenges and provide informative feedback and coaching for academic and practical development
  • Possess strong technical and theoretical knowledge in all aspects of Aesthetics including (facials, skin care, nail care, nutrition, spa therapies, wraps and scrubs, waxing and hair removal)
  • Instill clear classroom protocol and procedures to ensure efficiency and industry readiness
  • Maintain clear and organized academic records
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Strong organization and customer service skills
  • Must be a student-centered education with a passion for student success
  • Ability to demonstrate a variety of products for use and sales for student learning, supervision, and support in Practical Student Clinic Spa
Job type: Permanent, Full-TimeExperience: 3 Years teaching experience OR 5 years in the industry with teaching credentials OR 10 years in the industry with industry development involvementSalary commensurate with experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
