We are looking for a Front Counter Sales Representative who will strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers and respond to inquiries. Day to Day Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
• Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
• Answer incoming calls while handling customer #39;s inquiries, concerns, or questions.
• Proven ability in an inside sale and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
• Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotes.
• Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.

Qualifications and Success:

• You are interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high energy, fast paced team environment.
• You have exceptional customer service skills.
• You have 2 years’ experience in a customer service, counter or inside sales role (preferred).
• You have a demonstrated understanding of automotive/related industry, aptitude for learning/developing product knowledge.
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
• Effective problem solving, planning, and organizing skills.
• You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lbs. tires around as needed.
• You are always safety conscious, wear your required PPE, and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
