Are you a competitive, opportunistic winner with a client-focused mindset Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc., a leading Canadian fire protection service provider, is expanding and seeking ambitious sales representatives to strengthen our market presence in Various regions across Canada.We’re hiring in Ontario as well as other regions across the country for our affiliated companies: Community Fire Prevention, Security.CA, Priority Fire Protection, Bison Fire Protection Inc., and Sprouse Fireamp; Safety.Responsibilities:Win and Onboard New Clients:

• Identify and pursue new business prospects.
• Create long-term loyal clients by listening and providing solutions

Prospect and Pipeline Management:

• Research leads and organize pipeline opportunities.
• Qualify prospective clients.

Value Propositions and Bidding:

• Create and present compelling value propositions.
• Compete effectively in bidding processes.

Deal Closure and Negotiation:

• Close new business deals.
• Negotiate in the company’s best interest.

Sales Targets and Customer Satisfaction

• Exceed sales targets and new business goals
• Ensure total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Honesty, competitiveness, openness to coaching, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of industrial operations (manufacturing, logistics, packaging).
• Understanding of food and beverage facilities.
• 3+ years of experience in the industry
• Customer service focus and commitment to long-lasting partnerships.
• Driven for sales success and results driven.
• Familiarity with contracting maintenance services (any trade).
• Proven achievement in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Fire Protection (not mandatory but an asset).
• Self-motivation, sense of urgency, and resilience in handling rejection.
