(This position consists of rotating shifts and will require shift work on days, evenings, weekends and holidays.) Cross training with Registration and Admitting is required.QualificationsGrade 12 or equivalent plus completion of a recognized office procedure/secretarial program, or 1 year previous clerical/administration experience is requiredDemonstrated skills and experience with Windows and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook requiredGraduate of an approved Medical Terminology program is requiredMaintains high degree of confidentiality at all times is requiredRelated hospital exposure is requiredStrong organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks requiredDemonstrated skill in working collaboratively and effectively with othersAbility and willingness to meet challenges and adapt to changing situations essentialAn equivalent combination of education and training may be considered for this positionCompetencies in other languages an asset, French preferredPLEASE NOTE: Candidates will not be considered for an interview if applications are incomplete or are missing information.
