Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support a wide range of supply chain functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate data management across our systems and warehouses.Core responsibilities include:

• Releasing customer orders to our warehouses for fulfillment
• Confirming shipped orders, performing QA checks, resolving discrepancies, updating tracking information, and generating delivery notes
• Creating custom documentation for cross-border shipments between Canada and the U.S.
• Completing monthly inventory reviews, investigating variances, and coordinating with warehouse teams to correct and reconcile counts
• Maintaining accurate item (SKU) data in the ERP system
• Generating and updating regular reports, including a weekly serial number report and inventory tracking reports
• Supporting the broader supply chain team by cross-training in purchasing and logistics functions
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and data accuracy
