Job Description

ViviGro Sustainable Solutions is a leader in eco-friendly, biodegradable, organic and sustainable fertilizers.This Full-Time position is located in Springwater, SK.: Office AdministratorWe are looking to find an innovative and dynamic individual with a warm personality to join our team. The role is multi-faceted and will be going beyond traditional office tasks. The individual hired will be solution-oriented and proficient in a fast-paced and high multi-tasking environment.As an Office Admin, you will be responsible of:

  • Co-ordinate work orders from customer requests through internal systems
  • Issuing Bills of Lading for outbound traffic, record incoming shipments, courier samples for testing, and other various assignments to assist the Plant Manager.
  • Inventory, stock transfers, stock monitoring, stock order preparation, capture picking slips and assign stock to work orders
  • Collaborates with the team and provides administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the department.
  • Provides administrative support for the Plant Manager and Finance team including data entry, distributing mail, responding to and directing phone calls and inquiries.
  • Maintains departmental filing both on-site and off-site; assists with document management and record retention within the department.
  • Assists with various Plant and Finance department matters including data entry, A/P documentation, quality assurance, invoices etc.
Required:
  • 2+ years experience and technical knowledge of the agriculture and gardening industry
  • Efficient in all Microsoft Office 365 programs and experience in NetSuite an asset.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills for efficient internal and external communications
  • Highly self motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret and disseminate information.
  • Must be able demonstrates personal integrity & honesty, as well as take responsibilities
